I have had the opportunity to work with J.R. Mitwasi for the past several years on commercial, hospitality, and residential real estate developments and investments.
He is a very successful and well-trained professional executive and sales practitioner who is able to close deals on the spot. Going multiple folds beyond the size of the deal is just one of his acumens in restructuring and maximizing investment programs. With him as the CEO of Passports Group I am more than excited to see the portfolios he is pulling off for estate planning and relocation investments for families and businesses.

Navigating the complexities of the EB-5 process felt daunting until we began working with J.R. Mitwasi. From our very first interaction, J.R. demonstrated a level of thoroughness and dedication that immediately put us at ease. He was instrumental in guiding us towards an excellent law firm, ensuring we had expert legal support every step of the way.
J.R.'s management of our entire investment and his relationship with the regional center were truly above and beyond. He handled every detail with meticulous care, keeping us informed and confident throughout the process. His professionalism and depth of knowledge in the EB-5 program are simply outstanding – truly "above the charts."
Beyond his impressive expertise, J.R. has become much more than just our consultant; he's become a part of our family. His genuine care and commitment to our case made a significant difference during what could have been a very stressful journey.
We wholeheartedly recommend J.R. Mitwasi to anyone embarking on the EB-5 journey. His expert guidance, combined with his remarkable professionalism and genuine care, transformed a potentially complex process into a well-managed and positive experience. We are incredibly grateful for his support.

J.R. has been exceptional in his Games, whether it is Real Estate Investing, wealth generating, Property Management or EB-5 Originating….J.R. has consistently demonstrated a wealth of knowledge & experience to successfully navigate his Local & Global Clients and Investors for their best possible returns.
I have been fortunate to have J.R. working on my R.E. Team (The #1 Real Estate Team in Beverly Hills for many years) and working with my Property Management group in Beverly Hills, managing many exceptional properties for prestige Local & Overseas Clients. I just knew then that J.R. is Nothing short of extraordinary in his Profession. However, the most outstanding attribute and perhaps, the most fundamental characteristic in J.R.‘s Global success and achievements, is that he truly cares about his Clients’ asset and success, much more than his own. Simply said, J.R. always has his Clients’ Best Interest at heart and would Stop at nothing to achieve his Clients’ investment objectives.
It is No surprise that his business and his vast network of investment pool of Local & Global Clients continue to grow and expand…. Great work !!
